Do you feel like you’re trying to squeeze who you were born to be in boxes that don’t fit? Far too many of us are missing in action in our own lives. We know how to make things look great on the outside but inside, we are suffering… greatly. The issue? Playing smaller than we know we can be and hiding in our own lives.
If you feel like your own life is marching forward without you, this is your moment to reclaim your your power. The Sacred Goddess Manifesting Process addresses the primal fears that hold us back. Our personality is at its core who we had to become to survive our childhoods. And now that inner child who didn’t get what she needed is showing up in our relationships, boardrooms and every aspect of our lives. The good news is that as long as we have breath, we have the opportunity to begin again.
On Thursday, we come together and into sacred synchronization with a high vibe Goddess Alignment Party. As a tribe, this is the portal to our divine journey. Be ready to release all that you believe you know to be true. Assume that every being you encounter on this adventure has a divine message for you.
Then, on Friday we will begin move forward with a sacred unmasking. Poet Paul Laurence Dunbar once said, “We wear the mask that grins and lies.”
What mask have you been wearing for yourself and to make everyone else feel comfortable? Do you dare to explore how you may have been performing yourself rather than just being you?
On Saturday, the third day, let's get clear on what you desire. No more puny desires. we will examine the specific ways that you are playing small in your life. Where are you shrinking and hiding? How do you refuse to take up space? What is your self-sabotage of choice that you use to contain your greatness? People pleasing? Perfectionism? Busyness? Excuses? Let’s unpack it.
Day four, Sunday, begins our delve into our primal fears and the stories we created to support them. Any experience we have had in the past -- good, bad, or indifferent -- then becomes the story we have created about it. We call these stories memories. On this day of our journey, we look at primal fears related to our tribes. Your tribe can be your family of origin, your social friends, your cultural, religious or ethnic group, your socio-economic group, etc. Every tribe has unspoken rules for accepted behavior. Are your wants and needs in sync with your tribe? Or do you fear betraying them with your personal evolution?
On Monday, the fifth day, we continue to dismantle our primal fears. We now examine enoughness, our fears that we have unlovable, broken or inadequate. How do you keep yourself from showing up fully because of your fear of not being enough? What is the payoff you have been receiving in return for hiding you?
Let us cast all that is no longer needed into the bonfire and walk free.
On Tuesday, the final day of our journey, you step more fully into your power.
You are the goddess of manifestation. It is time to create a new story for who we are and how we will show up in the world and in our very lives.

Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic practice.

You will begin every day with yoga, meaning union.
Judha teaches a slow form of vinyasa yoga suitable for all abilities.
Our daily sessions will be hosted in Castara's purpose-built Yoga Pavilion which enjoys natural breezes from the rainforest and gorgeous views through our gardens to the ocean.

Vinyasa yoga teaches us how to be loving toward ourselves. How to be compassionate to ourselves, because human beings have self-defeating and self-limiting tendencies. We are our own worst critics. Practicing vinaysa yoga brings the content of our beings to the surface so we can see it.
Inside the muscles, we hold the memories of every emotion we’ve ever experienced: sadness, fear, anger, etc. Through the asanas, we can tap into these memories and process our pasts. It’s the asanas that release the emotions out of the body. Being a yogi really means engaging in the process of healing: mentally, emotionally, and physically. Vinyasa yoga helps us learn how to accept all the parts of ourselves that aren’t as evolved as we might like them to be.

Things to do in Tobago
With untouched beaches, spectacular rainforest, diverse birdlife and friendly locals, Tobago is a fabulous location for a Caribbean holiday. It may be small in size, but there are plenty of things to do in Tobago, whether a boat trip exploring the pristine beaches peppered along the coast, a visit to the Cocoa Plantations or time discovering the underwater world. Tobago’s mountainous backbone makes it a naturist’s heaven with plenty of walks and mountain bike trails through the tropical rainforest landscape as well as opportunities to jump into one of the many hidden waterfalls.
There are a great number of tourist services offering worthwhile trips and activities. Over time many of these people and their services have become more closely associated with Castara Retreats and with our aspiration to be part of a sustainable model where the opportunities of tourism are shared. Here are just a few of our top recommendations:
BIRDWATCHING
Widely acclaimed as Tobago’s premier bird watching and natural history guide, Newton George is not only an experienced and knowledgeable ornithologist – he is also a committed and dedicated Birder in the truest meaning of the word. His sheer enthusiasm leaves one in no doubt that birds and wildlife are both his love and his life.
SCUBA DIVING
Tobago boasts some of the best diving in the Caribbean and has a huge variety of sea life. The Environmental Research Institute Charlotteville (ERIC) promotes sustainability for North East Tobago’s unique forest, coast and ocean and runs an excellent dive operation offering high quality personalized diving, with all proceeds returning to the pursuit of its mission.
BEING WITH HORSES
This German/Tobago-run stable is a wonderful alternative to staid trail rides. A non-profit outfit, it takes a holistic approach to looking after its herd of rescued mounts. Ridden with foam saddles and bitless bridles, the horses take you into Buccoo’s coastal woodland before emerging on the sand and swimming you through the calm waters of the bay.
STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING
After a quick lesson to get you upright, take a gentle trip around the mangrove lagoon, or try a full day standup paddle tour along the Caribbean coast, snorkeling at secret beaches and swimming in waterfall pools. The highlight is a starlit night-time tour through a lagoon with bioluminescent waters – jump in and watch the waters alight, leaving a glowing trail in your wake – magic!
EXPLORE THE ISLAND
Tobago is only 27 miles long, but with its mountainous terrain it will take a day to drive around the island at a leisurely pace, taking in the picture perfect beaches, pretty villages, and swathes of virgin rainforest. The roads generally wind around the coastline giving you fabulously scenic views. Jeep/car hire can be delivered to you at Castara Retreats, or island tours with a driver can be arranged.
TOBAGO COCOA ESTATE
Tobago has its own award-winning chocolate produced at the ‘Tobago Cocoa Estate’ which offers a wonderful visitor experience. You can learn about the history of Tobago chocolate, see the fermentation and drying process of the cocoa beans, and enjoy some tasting sessions. Cool-off afterwards with a waterfall climb and swim at 54 meter high Argyle Falls, the island’s highest cascade.

Where is the Goddess of Manifesting Retreat 2022?
The Goddess of Manifesting Retreat journey begins Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 at the Castara Retreats, located in the fishing village of Castara in Trinidad and Tobago.
This family-run eco resort is "nestled on the hillside with rainforest as a backdrop, and the ocean below, our eco lodges on the edge of the Caribbean village of Castara invites you to enjoy a ‘living in the landscape’ experience in one of our 17 treehouse-style, self-catering accommodations. "
What about transportation to the retreat?
You need to cover your own flight and taxi to the Castara Retreats in Castara, Tobago.
Trinidad and Tobago are twin islands off the coast of South America. Tobago is between Trinidad and Grenada.
We recommend that you fly directly into Tobago, if possible. Caribbean Airlines runs a flight from New York direct to Tobago.
A. N. R. Robinson International Airport (formerly Crown Point International Airport) (IATA: TAB, ICAO: TTCP) is an international airport located on Crown Point, Tobago in Trinidad and Tobago.
If you are not able to find a direct flight Tobago from your country, there are regular flights from all major airlines into Trinidad, and from Trinidad there is an inexpensive, quick and easy shuttle flight over to Tobago with Caribbean Airlines. There are ferry boats from Trinidad to Tobago and they are not recommended.
You can book a van to pick you up from the airport directly with the resort.
You will be given this information upon booking.
What do I need to bring with me?
The weather in June in Tobago ranges between 73.4°F (23°C ) and 86°F (30°C ).

Goddess Manifesting Retreat Suggestions:
- We are in walking distance to Castara Beach, so you bring your version of beachwear.
- Bring comfortable yoga clothing. Yoga mats and blocks are provided.
- Bring camp-friendly clothing with comfortable walking shoes or sneakers.
- Please also bring socks, hats, umbrellas, rain and sun gear to your comfort.
- Some may find it chilly at night as we are near the beach, so bring a jacket.
- You may want to bring, as needed: allergy medications, glasses, skin/sun protection and bug and mosquito repellent.
- It is dark on campus at night. You may wish to have a small flashlight with you.
- You also may wish to bring a water bottle.
- Please bring a notebook and writing utensils.
- Please also bring one all-white outfit, of your choosing.
- Please also bring one "goddess outfit," your interpretation.
Is there WI-FI?
There is free WiFi in the public areas, although we will strive to have a disconnected from the world experience.
What are the COVID precautions?
VERY IMPORTANT: Trinidad and Tobago requires all foreign nationals (that's us) to be FULLY VACCINATED to enter the country. If you have only one shot of a 2-shot vaccination, they will not allow you into the country.
They also require a COVID Test within 72 hours of your flight.
After you receive your negative Covid test, you must upload it along with your vaccination info to receive your TT Travel Pass. Here is the link.
These things are non-negotiable with the government of Trinidad and Tobago.
What if I need to cancel?
The retreat is non-refundable, however, you may receive a credit toward future experiences.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
What are the retreat accommodations?
This is a comfortable, rustic, summer camp-style experience.
Castara Retreat is an idyllic sanctuary that is nuzzled in & amongst the picturesque rainforest of Castara, Tobago.
Guests are invited to 17 eco-lodges, all of which are beautifully cladded with local materials and furnishings. The real highlight of these accommodations is the striking views…and when we say ‘striking’, we really mean it! Imagine waking to the sound of tropical birds chirping and the gentle ebb & flow of the tide, but not knowing which direction to look in!
All rooms are self-catered and treehouse in style! Each room has a spacious & panoramic living area, complementing those ‘striking’ views.
Castara Retreats is really a destination for those who find luxury through the beauty of nature & community. If you are searching for an accredited 5-Star experience, we have other options! Are there any solo rooms on this retreat? What if I hate rooming with other people?
If you select the Basic or VIP Plan, you will share a gorgeous room Castara Retreats with 1 Retreat Sister. This women-identified people only retreat is all about breaking out of your comfort zone, shifting your paradigm and re-calibrating who you are. Creating community and making positive, new friends is also part of the experience.
Don't let your present fears rob you of the woman you were born to become. One key part of this paradigm shifting is that the staff will treat you like royalty. Another part of the experience is that you have Goddess Partners for continued inspiration and accountability during and after the retreat.

Who can I bring with me on the Goddess of Manifesting Retreat?
All ethnicities and religious or spiritual backgrounds are welcome.
Either feel free to come alone and make sister-friends (most attendees come solo!) or bring people you want to grow with.
This is a no children, no pets retreat. You must be over the age of 16 to attend. There may adult language and situations.
The program and practices at the retreat prioritize the healing and evolution of those who identify as women.
The retreat will address the guests as women and/or women-identified people and sisters interchangeably. Healing practices will also refer to the "womb chakra" and "yoni."
This is a spiritual, non-religious, non-denominational, matriarchal-based adventure, and all attendees are also personally addressed as "Goddess." The names and terms "God", "The Universe" and "Spirit" (and related) will also be used.
What if I have special health concerns, mobility issues or food challenges like allergies or sensitivities?

By attending this retreat, you are taking full responsibility for your mental, physical and emotional well-being as an adult. We are not doctors or medical practitioners and everything shared at the retreat is for informational purposes only. Castara's Tobago campus is lovely and beautiful, but also hilly and wooded in many areas. If you have any mobility concerns, please let me know so we can open a dialogue with the location to decide what works best for you.
Q: Why will there be mostly plant-based food?
A: All of the Goddess Retreats have been plant-based. In addition, a primarily vegetarian diet fulfills one of Castara's core values—sustainability. Vegetarianism consumes fewer resources and leaves a smaller carbon footprint than a heavily meat-based diet.
Q: What if I have food allergies or sensitivities?
A: If you have severe food allergies and sensitivities (peanuts, soy, dairy, etc.), you MUST let me know immediately after booking.
*Please also take the added self-care responsibility of reconfirming during meals that ingredients that you are allergic or sensitive to have not been used. Human error does occur, so please always re-confirm and be aware for your own well-being.
